What is included in a Kate Taylor Photography wedding package?
A.All wedding packages include:
- 1-2 photographers at your event
- Post production retouching/color correcting
- Social media sneak peak shortly after event
- Private online gallery with final edited images
- Personalized download code
- Printing rights to your photographs
- Online Printing available
*All wedding packages include travel within 35 miles of the KTP Westerville office. Travel frees will be added for locations outside of this radius.*
How much time for I need to schedule with your photographers?
A.This is completely up to you! Some brides and grooms want to photograph just the ceremony and nothing else while others want everything captured. I would suggest you look at your overall schedule for the day and see what you want photographed.
Most couples prefer photographers to arrive during the "getting ready" phase of the day and leave after the major reception events (first dances, cutting cake, speeches, etc).

How far does KTP travel for weddings and events?
A.We have photographed all over the state of Ohio as well as areas in Indiana, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
Travel is free for all locations within 35 miles of the Westerville office. Photo locations that are further than 35mi from 43081 will require an additional $1.50 per mile payment. Prices subject to change until contract is signed by both parties.
What do you need to confirm your wedding date?
A.After you confirm your date is available, you will be sent an online contract to sign with information on your specific package. Once signed, you will be sent an invoice with your 25% non-refundable deposit amount as well as your final balance. Your deposit will confirm and reserve your date for the big day. The remaining balance will need to be paid at least 30 days before wedding day unless otherwise discussed.
Will we meet before the wedding day?
A.I would love to meet; but it is not necessary. A great way to meet is with an engagement session! This helps gets everyone comfortable with each other and practice some posing ideas. However whether you choose to do an engagement session or not, I am more than happy to meet for coffee or drink to chat.
Before the big day, we will go over the final schedule to get on the same page and work out any kinks. This meeting can be in person, on the phone or via video chat. I know the weeks before the wedding day cane be overwhelming, so I am more than happy to do whatever is easiest for you!
How long does it take before I'll get my final images?
A.In the week following your wedding, a sneak peek will be added to our Facebook page.
Your final gallery will be sent to you within 10 weeks of your wedding day. That length of time is often shorter but cannot be guaranteed in the busier seasons.
